Assoc. Prof. Dr. Filiz ASLAN ÇETİN is a faculty member at Kafkas University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business. She has been actively contributing to academia since 2004, starting as a Research Assistant, then becoming Assistant Professor in 2014, and Associate Professor in 2020. She currently serves as Department Head at Kafkas University and as Field Editor for the Kafkas University Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Her educational background includes: PhD in Production Management and Marketing from İnönü University (2014) Master's Degree in Business Administration from Kafkas University (2007) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University (2003) Dr. ASLAN ÇETİN's primary research interests focus on Marketing Communications, Service Marketing, and Consumer Behavior. Her work spans various aspects of modern marketing including digital marketing, sustainable marketing, green marketing, and integrated marketing communications. She has conducted extensive research on consumer behavior in different contexts such as green products, geographical indication products, and service sectors including banking and hospitality. Her recent work has increasingly focused on the impact of digital transformation, social media marketing, and ESG factors on business performance. Her publication record shows a strong trend toward contemporary marketing challenges, particularly examining how digital technologies transform marketing practices and consumer behavior. She has published extensively on social media marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce, especially in the context of the pandemic. Her research also demonstrates a growing interest in sustainability issues, with multiple publications on green marketing and sustainable consumption patterns. The interdisciplinary nature of her work is evident in her exploration of the intersection between marketing and accounting, as well as marketing's role in social contexts. Dr. ASLAN ÇETİN has successfully supervised multiple graduate students, guiding seven theses to completion as primary advisor. Her academic leadership extends to editorial roles, including serving as Field Editor for the Kafkas University Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
