Dr. Timothy Hildebrandt is an Associate Professor of Social Policy and Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His work focuses on social policy, development, NGOs, activism, and China studies. He teaches courses on NGOs, social policy, and social movements. Trained as a political scientist, his research examines how policies affect marginalized groups like LGBT communities and how NGOs address inequalities in policy processes.
