Eric T. Anderson is the Polk Bros. Chair in Retailing and Professor of Marketing at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He serves as Chair of the Marketing Department and Director of the Kellogg-McCormick MBAi Program. Anderson holds a Ph.D. from MIT Sloan School of Management and has held academic positions at the University of Chicago and University of Rochester. His research focuses on pricing strategies, retail analytics, AI/ML applications, customer loyalty, and channel management. He teaches courses in pricing, retail analytics, and marketing strategy at Kellogg.
