Prof. Dr. Björn Ahl is a full Professor at the University of Cologne in the East Asian Seminar – China Studies department. His research focuses on Constitutional Law , Human Rights Law , Immigration Law , and Public International Law with particular emphasis on Chinese Fundamental Rights Jurisprudence and Migration Policy . He has extensive publications on Chinese judicial reforms , legal globalization , and authoritarian legal systems .
