Dr. Amie J Goodin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy at the University of Florida's College of Pharmacy. She holds dual affiliations with the Center for Drug Evaluation and Safety (CoDES) and leads the Health Services Research track in her department's graduate program. Her research focuses on policy impacts on treatment access for Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), particularly among Medicaid enrollees and pregnant women, integrating mixed-methods approaches. Dr. Goodin completed her PhD at the University of Kentucky and a postdoctoral fellowship at UF, specializing in pharmacoepidemiology and health services research. Her work bridges epidemiology, informatics, and policy analysis to improve health equity.
