John Paulin Hansen is a Professor at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), affiliated with the Department of Technology, Management and Economics under the Technology and Business Studies school. His research focuses on human factors, human-computer interaction, and assistive technologies, particularly in gaze interaction and rehabilitation robotics. He holds a Ph.D. from Aarhus University (1992) and has led research groups at institutions like Risø National Laboratory and the IT University of Copenhagen.
