Shivakant Mishra is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and currently on leave as a Program Director at the NSF's CSR (Computer Systems Research) program. He holds roles as Site Co-Director of the NSF IUCRC Pervasive Personalized Intelligence Center and co-founded the Colorado Research Center for Democracy and Technology.
