Jewon Lyu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Textiles, Merchandising and Interiors at the University of Georgia's College of Family and Consumer Sciences. His research focuses on consumer behavior and technology integration in retail contexts, particularly in areas like augmented reality (AR), social media marketing, and omnichannel retailing. He teaches courses such as Fashion Marketing, Retail Planning and Buying, and Retail Analytics. Lyu holds a Ph.D. in Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has professional experience at institutions like Kent State University and Tennessee Tech University.
