Hala Ghousseini is the John Grover Harvey Professor of Math Education and Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focuses on teacher learning, particularly how professional education designs can support equitable and responsive teaching practices. She emphasizes the role of mathematical representations in children’s learning and teacher collaboration.
