Milos Pekny is a Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Astrocyte Biology and CNS Regeneration at the University of Gothenburg's Sahlgrenska Academy. He holds adjunct professorships at Australia's Florey Institute and University of Newcastle. His research focuses on astrocyte biology, brain repair mechanisms, and neuroinflammation. With over 95 publications and an h-index of 40, his work bridges experimental neurology and clinical applications.
