Ruca Elisa Katrin Maass is an Associate Professor at the Department of Neuromedicine and Movement Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Her work focuses on Public Health, Health Promotion, and Salutogenesis, emphasizing social equity, participatory processes, and policy coherence. She holds a PhD in Health Science, complemented by a Master's in Social and Community Psychology and a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy. Her recent work evaluates municipal health strategies' alignment with Norway's Public Health Act and explores occupational therapists' roles in healthcare systems. She also investigates how green spaces and neighborhood resources influence health outcomes.
