Dr. Virginia Spiegler is a Professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Kent's Kent Business School. She holds a PhD in Supply Chain Dynamics from Cardiff Business School and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
