Anders Sejr Hansen is an Assistant Professor of Biological Engineering at MIT, leading the Hansen Lab focused on understanding 3D genome structure and its functional implications. He holds a PhD from Harvard University and completed postdoctoral training at UC Berkeley. His research integrates advanced imaging, genomics, and computational methods to study chromatin dynamics, enhancer-promoter interactions, and their roles in gene regulation across health and disease.
