Fabio Iraldo is a Full Professor of Management at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, where he directs the PhD Program in Innovation, Sustainability and Healthcare. He co-directs the SuM Laboratory for Sustainability Management and leads the Green Economy Observatory at Bocconi University. As Deputy Director of the inter-university CESISP Center (Circular Economy, Industrial Symbiosis, and Product Sustainability), he collaborates with institutions like the University of Genoa and Turin Polytechnic. He founded ERGO, Sant'Anna's first spin-off focused on sustainability governance. His research focuses on corporate environmental management, life-cycle strategies, and green innovation. Key projects include EU-funded initiatives like Life PREFER and Life EFFIGE, which shaped the EU's Circular Economy strategy. He advises the European Commission on Sustainable Production policies and authored books such as Beyond Greenwashing (2020) and Management of the Circular Economy (2020). Recent articles explore circular economy applications in construction, greenwashing prevention, and sustainable practices in industries like furniture and wine production. His work integrates environmental innovation with competitiveness, public policy, and stakeholder engagement. Through ERGO and academic roles, he bridges research and practice, promoting sustainability through policy design, corporate strategies, and educational programs.
