Félix Jesús García Clemente is a Full Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, University of Murcia. He holds a PhD in Computer Science (2006) from the same institution. His research focuses on cybersecurity, data analysis, IoT networks, and gamification in education. He leads projects funded by entities like INCIBE, the European Defence Fund, and the Ministry of Defence, with total funding exceeding €41 million. Key projects include DEFENDER (cybersecurity in IoT/5G labs), SEMANTIC (game-based assessments), and EU-GUARDIAN (AI-based cyber defense). He has published widely in areas like anomaly detection, smart farming, and medical cybersecurity. His work integrates machine learning, deep learning, and industrial automation. He collaborates internationally on initiatives such as PALANTIR (SME cybersecurity) and 5GZORRO (5G security). His lab, CyberDataLab UMU, develops solutions for cybersecurity and data science. Projects like COBRA and SAFEMAN address APT simulations and industrial safety.
