Dr. Haibo He is the Robert Haas Endowed Professor in the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island (URI). As an IEEE Fellow and NSF CAREER awardee, his research focuses on computational intelligence, neural networks, and reinforcement learning with applications to smart grids and microgrid systems.
