Megan E. Vanneman, PhD, MPH , is an Associate Professor with tenure at the University of Utah School of Medicine , affiliated with the Department of Internal Medicine , Division of Epidemiology, and the Department of Population Health Sciences , Division of Health System Innovation and Research.
