Professor Tatjana Duronjić is a full professor at the Department of Journalism and Communication Studies, Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Banja Luka. Elected to her current rank in May 2018 in the field of Information Sciences - Social Aspect, she has established herself as a prominent scholar in media studies with a specialization in digital communication and new media technologies. Her research interests span a wide range of topics related to media and technology, including: Media Studies and Digital Communication Internet Culture and New Media Technologies Children and Youth in Digital Environments Media Literacy and Digital Competence Literary Journalism and Narrative Techniques Information Systems in Contemporary Society Professor Duronjić's scholarly output reveals a consistent focus on the evolving relationship between media technologies and society, particularly examining how digital transformation affects communication practices, journalistic standards, and cultural production. Her recent publications (2021-2025) demonstrate continued engagement with emerging topics such as geopolitical aspects of film, clientelism in media systems, and the evolving role of technology in journalism. Her research contributions have been supported through participation in significant projects including: 'Banja Luka Film Camp - Film and Identity' (2019-2022) 'Modern approaches in the methodology of mathematical education of preschool children' (2016-2018) Professor Duronjić teaches across all academic cycles at the Faculty of Political Sciences, with courses ranging from foundational topics in media and information systems to specialized subjects on digital media and children, literary narrative in new media, and information society.
