Dorota Kopeć is a Lecturer at the Department of Chemical Technology and Environmental Analytics within the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology. Her work emphasizes method development for analyzing biological samples, natural compounds, and sugars using liquid chromatography techniques, particularly focusing on preparatory and analytical applications. Her scientific recognition includes: Honorable Mention in the competition for the best doctoral thesis defended in 2011, Gdańsk (2012) She teaches laboratory-intensive courses including Analysis of compounds of natural origin, Analytical Chemistry II, Basics of sugar analysis, Basics of bioanalytics, and Preparative and analytical liquid chromatography.
