Cédric Elloumi is a Professor at the CEDRIC Laboratory within Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), specializing in combinatorial optimization and mathematical programming. With a continuous publication record since 1992, he has established himself as a leading researcher in quadratic programming, binary optimization, and facility location problems. His research interests focus on developing exact and approximate methods for discrete optimization problems, particularly through convex reformulation techniques.
