Thor I. Fossen is a Professor of Guidance, Navigation, and Control at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Department of Engineering Cybernetics. He holds a PhD in Engineering Cybernetics and an MSc in Marine Technology. His research focuses on marine craft hydrodynamics, autonomous systems, inertial navigation, and cybersecurity of control systems.
