Professor Suarez leads the "Next Generation Architectures and Prototypes" research group at JSC and serves as Joint Lead of the "Novel System Architecture Design" division. She chairs the Research and Innovation Advisory Group (RIAG) from EuroHPC Joint Undertaking since 2024. Her work involves close collaboration with international research teams on advancing supercomputing architectures, including contributions to the University of Bonn's new HPC system "Marvin" which ranks on both the TOP500 and GREEN500 lists.
