Eahab Elsaid is a Professor of Finance at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2006), an M.A. in Business Administration (2002), and a B.A. in Electronics and Communications from Cairo University (1999). His research focuses on leadership dynamics, CEO succession, organizational behavior, and cross-cultural management. He has been repeatedly honored as Professor of the Year by both undergraduate and MBA students since 2007. Research Interests: CEO Turnover and Succession Leadership Diversity and Ethnicity Employee Engagement and Retention Gender and Leadership Strategic Management His recent articles analyze ethnic minority CEO tenure, employee ambidexterity, and female leadership dynamics. He has secured grants on topics like CEO ethnicity analysis and online learning preferences. His work bridges finance, management, and interdisciplinary social sciences, with a focus on empirical studies in Egypt and North America.
