Yang Gao is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s Gies College of Business. He joined the faculty in 2023 after serving at Singapore Management University. His research focuses on social media’s role in healthcare, customer service, and misinformation dynamics.
