Zuno Verghese is a PhD student at Tilburg Law School, affiliated with TILT (Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society) and the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC). His research focuses on the origins and evolution of rule-making by private/hybrid bodies, particularly in ICT standard-setting institutions like ETSI. He is part of the REVEAL project, examining resilience of economic activism and law's role. His work integrates institutional change studies with exogenous shock analyses like crises.
