Zuberia Hosanoo

Dr Zuberia Hosanoo is a Lecturer in Strategic Management at Edinburgh Napier University's Business School. She also serves as the Deputy Programme Leader for the MBA Strategic Project Management Course. Her research spans International Human Resource Management (IHRM), Strategic Management, Relational Strategy, and Digital Transformation in Education, with a focus on Women's Studies, Ageing Population, and Technological Adoption Models.
