Dr. Zsofia Szojka is a Senior Lecturer at University of Greenwich's School of Law and Criminology. Her research bridges developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and law with focus on applying child development research to child maltreatment investigations.
She investigates children's understanding of implied meanings in legal contexts, ability to describe body touch experiences, and factors influencing recantation of abuse allegations. Her PhD from Royal Holloway was followed by postdoctoral research at USC Child Interviewing Lab.
