Zlatan Morić

Zlatan Morić is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Cybersecurity at Algebra Bernays University, overseeing the Cybersecurity Study Program. He is currently completing his doctoral studies and holds extensive industrial certifications in computer science. His professional journey began in marketing and graphic design before transitioning into systems engineering, cybersecurity, and data science.

Research interests focus on cybersecurity, data science, and artificial intelligence, with contributions to curriculum development including the high school computer science program under the IPA project. He led teams to develop 20 occupational standards in electrical engineering and computer science for the Croatian Qualifications Framework (CKO), and 10 qualification standards in the same field.

Active in professional organizations, he chairs the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) cybersecurity working group and collaborates internationally via Erasmus+ programs. His applied work includes projects on security improvements, fraud detection, and partnerships with the Ruđer Bošković Institute.
