Prof. Zilvinas Lilas is a Professor of 3D Animation at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (Germany) since 2004. He is a founding member and former director of the Paidia Institute, Cologne, and has served as visiting faculty at universities in Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany. He is a member of the MEDIA Evaluation Panel for Games and Interactive Projects at the European Commission's EACEA. His work spans experimental 3D animation, gaming, critical games, and transmedia projects such as Ghostology (ARTE TV) and Art-o-thlon (part of Vilnius 2009 EU Culture Capital events).
