Zhoupeng Zhang

Zhoupeng (Jack) Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management and Strategy at the University at Buffalo School of Management (SUNY). He holds a PhD from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto, 2024) and a BBA from Fudan University (2019). His research focuses on socially responsible operations in innovative business models like gig platforms, examining worker welfare, platform regulation, and data-driven decision-making.
