Professor Zhijian Pei holds the Mike and Sugar Barnes Professor II position in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University's College of Engineering. His research focuses on additive and subtractive manufacturing, with notable work in ceramic and bioprinting processes. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1995).
