Zhi Xu

Zhi Xu is a Senior Lecturer in Dance at Bath Spa University, where he teaches on BA Dance and MA Dance courses. A choreographer, dancer, and researcher, he earned his PhD in Dance and Technology from Brunel University in 2021 and previously taught at the University of Roehampton and Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. His work bridges dance, technology, and cultural identity, with creations like Being River (2024) and X-Body (2018) showcased internationally.
