Zhen Dai is a Professor for Systems and Software Engineering at the Department of Computer Science, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW), where she has been employed since 2009. She also serves as the Vice Dean for International Affairs and Program Coordinator/Reformer of the European Computer Science (ECS) program since 2018. Her responsibilities include overseeing international students, leading software process optimization initiatives, and coordinating teaching across programs like Technical Computer Science, Computer Science of Technical Systems, and Mechatronics.
