Zeynep Reva is an Assistant Professor at Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Applied Sciences, with a focus on Human Rights Law and Forensic Sciences. She holds a PhD in Medical Law from Istanbul Medeniyet University, alongside Master’s degrees in Economic Law and Forensic Medicine and Ethics. Her research spans violence against disadvantaged groups, child and women’s rights, medical law, and victimology.
Key projects she has coordinated or contributed to include the European Union/Council of Europe Horizontal Support Program for Migrants and Victims of Trafficking (2019–2022), the Council of Europe’s ADR Promotion Project (2021–2023), and initiatives like the "Child Cannot Wait Project" and "Child Cannot Be a Bride Project" to combat child labor and forced marriages. She also leads the ÖzÜ Violence and Law Laboratory.
Reva has published extensively in national and international journals, authored two books (Forensic Insurance and Traditional and Complementary Medicine Law and Malpractice), and presented at academic conferences. She teaches courses on Human Rights Law, Children at Risk, and Project Development Cycles.
