Prof. Zeynep Aycan is a Professor of International Business and Organisational Behaviour at Loughborough University, UK, and Director of Global External Engagement. Previously, she spent 27 years at Koç University, Istanbul, Turkey. She holds a BA/MA from Boğaziçi University (Turkey), a PhD from Queen’s University (Canada), and post-doctoral training at McGill University (Canada). Her research focuses on cross-cultural HRM, leadership dynamics (including green/empowering leadership), and work-life balance, with a global comparative lens.
