About
Zerrin Şentürk is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Her research focuses on differential geometry, particularly on quasi-Einstein manifolds, hypersurfaces, curvature properties, and locally conformal Kaehler manifolds. She has published extensively on geometric structures including CR-submanifolds, pseudosymmetries, and conformal spaces. Her work includes studies on twisted products, Ricci-pseudosymmetric hypersurfaces, and Wintgen ideal submanifolds.
She has led two significant research projects: 'Submanifolds of Locally Conformal Kaehler Manifolds' (2014–2021) and 'On Locally Conformal Kaehler Manifolds' (2018–2019). Her contributions span over three decades, with notable papers analyzing curvature properties in semi-Riemannian spaces and quasi-Einstein metrics. Her research combines advanced geometric analysis with applications in manifold classification and curvature symmetry studies.
