Zeineb Djebali

Dr. Zeineb Djebali is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Brett Centre for Entrepreneurship within the University of Liverpool Management School. Her research focuses on social entrepreneurial intentions in later working life, entrepreneurship education, and qualitative research methodologies. She holds a PhD examining social entrepreneurial motivations among over-50s and has published in top journals like the International Small Business Journal. Dr. Djebali leads multidisciplinary entrepreneurship education initiatives across the university, designing modules such as 'Becoming Entrepreneurial' for students from diverse disciplines.

Her teaching emphasizes experiential learning, including real-world collaborations with start-ups and investors. She has supervised over 200 Master’s/MBA projects and mentors student ventures. Awards include the University of Liverpool Management School Scholarship Award and two Innovation in Teaching Prizes (ECRM 2018 and 2022).
