Yvon Wang

Yvon Wang is an Associate Professor at the Department of History, University of Toronto (St. George Campus), specializing in East Asian history with a focus on gender, sexuality, and everyday life. He coordinates the Chinese History Grad Group and directs the Faculty & Postdoc Writing Workshop. His research spans imperial to modern China, including material culture, suicide studies, and Cold War socio-political dynamics.
