Yusuf Mehta, Ph.D., P.E., is a Full Professor and Director of the Center for Research and Education in Advanced Transportation Engineering Systems (CREATEs) at Rowan University's Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering, Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on sustainable transportation infrastructure, pavement materials, and innovative construction technologies. He leads the CREATEs lab, which houses a $3M Heavy Vehicle Simulator (HVS) for accelerated pavement testing.
