Yun Shi is an Instructor in Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics, Brandeis University. His research focuses on algebraic geometry, derived categories, Donaldson-Thomas theory, and Bridgeland stability conditions. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (under Prof. Sheldon Katz) and completed postdoctoral work at CMSA Harvard under Prof. Shing-Tung Yau.
