Yu-Hsin Teng

Yu-Hsin Teng is an Assistant Professor and collaborative pianist at the School of Music, Texas Lutheran University. As a native of Taiwan, she specializes in vocal and instrumental collaboration, with performance experience across Taiwan, Italy, and the United States.

• Education: Doctor of Musical Arts in Collaborative Piano (University of Texas at Austin), Master of Music in Collaborative Piano (Boston University)

Her research and professional focus includes collaborative piano techniques, opera rehearsal support, and chamber music performance. Notably, she premiered Juhi Basal's Song Cycle "Love, Loss and Exile" at the San Francisco Conservatory.
