Yu Gan is an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology and Director of the Intelligent Imaging and Image Processing Lab. His NSF CAREER award-winning research develops AI and computer vision solutions for medical imaging challenges. With PhD training at Columbia University, Gan's work spans holographic rendering for telerehabilitation, cardiac tissue segmentation, and cancer biomarker discovery.
