Yoy Bergs

Yoy Bergs is a Lecturer at Breda University of Applied Sciences and a PhD candidate at Nyenrode Business University. She holds Master’s degrees in Work, Health & Career, and Work & Organizational Psychology from Maastricht University. Her research focuses on sustainable employability, mental health, and identity work within the hospitality sector.
