Young Chang

Young Chang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at South Dakota State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Biotechnology from Seoul National University. His academic journey includes postdoctoral research at UC Davis, North Dakota State University, and Nova Scotia Agricultural College, alongside roles at Samsung Electronics' Living System Laboratory. He founded the Bio-systems Automation and Robotics Lab at Dalhousie University, Canada. His research focuses on precision agriculture automation, cost-effective sensor systems, and agricultural robotics.
