Dr. Youcef BOUZIDI is an Associate Professor at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), affiliated with the Department of Humanities, Environment & Information Technology (HETIC). He serves as project manager for UTT's energy transition initiatives, including a solar farm and experimental low-carbon building. He leads the 'business manager in renewable energy projects' diploma at SupdeCO (Senegal) and has extensive experience in energy policy development at the Engineering School EPF (Paris region). His professional roles include heading the 'environment and Energy' specialty at EPF (2009–2012) and the Master in Industrial Ecology and Sustainable Development (2001–2006).
