Yoshio Bando

Prof. Yoshio Bando is a distinguished academic holding positions at the University of Wollongong (Australia), Tianjin University (China), and several honorary roles globally. He specializes in nanomaterials and electron microscopy, with a focus on synthesizing 1D/2D inorganic nanomaterials and their structural analysis. His work includes groundbreaking discoveries like BN nanotubes and the world's smallest nanothermometer. He has authored over 840 papers (h-index 115) and holds numerous patents.
