Yoon-Jung Kang

Dr Yoon-Jung Kang is a Research Fellow at the Sydney School of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Sydney. Her research focuses on cancer epidemiology, cost-effectiveness evaluations, and implementation strategies for hereditary cancer detection. She specializes in Lynch syndrome research, evaluating testing and surveillance protocols, and expanding into genomics-guided therapies targeting pan-tumour biomarkers.

Education: PhD in Epidemiology. She is an active member of the melanoma modeling working group exploring risk-stratified screening programs in Australia.

Research interests include:
