Yoel Fink is the Danae and Vasilis (1961) Salapatas Professor in Materials Science and Engineering at MIT. He leads the fibers@mit research group, pioneering multifunctional fiber and fabric technologies. His work integrates nanoscale material engineering with scalable production methods, enabling fibers with optical, electronic, and acoustic functionalities.
