Yingjie Qi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He holds a PhD in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. His research focuses on banking, corporate finance, financial intermediation, and household finance. Key areas include cross-selling effects in banking, supply chain finance, and the impact of financial influencers on retail investment behaviors.
Qi has been affiliated with CBS since 2020 and teaches Corporate Finance courses, achieving high student evaluations (mean 4.7-4.9/5). His work has been recognized with prestigious awards including the Peter Högfeldt Award and ECB Young Economists' Competition Finalist distinction.
