Yingchao Lan

Dr. Yingchao Lan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Supply Chain Management and Analytics, Nebraska College of Business, University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She specializes in organizational collaboration, healthcare operations management, new product development, and social network analysis. Prior to her academic career, she worked in global supply chain at Lenovo and risk management at KPMG.

Her work bridges organizational collaboration and confidentiality protection in complex networks.

Recent publications analyze accountable care organizations (ACOs), product development confidentiality, and healthcare delivery efficiency. Her work spans operations management, supply chain analytics, and network theory.
